We are well into the fall months now and our bodies have been communicating very different needs for proper nourishment, strength and energy. These bodies are incredibly intelligent and will adapt to the changing of the seasons but there are powerful ways to support this process through food and self care.
This Fall Cleanse is composed of 2 days of preparation, 5 days of cleansing and 3 days of reintegration. The Ayurvedic fall recipes maximize the body's potential to cleanse and adapt to the changing seasons.
This is not a fast, but a nourishing 10 day program consisting of simple foods with detoxifying qualities. It is focused on deepening our relationship with food and the medicine that is when consumed mindfully and intentionally.
It is a powerful experience to participate in this cleanse as a community but if the timing doesn't work out perfectly for you, the platform will allow you to participate in the cleanse at your own pace and from anywhere in the world!
